Maintenance
Proactivity optimise the life and performance of your systems, stay insured, and prevent problems before they occur with a customised maintenance support package. With a fast-class service response, here’s how we’ll back you up:
- Our design and installation service will offer a 12 month rolling contract or fixed term which covers repair, servicing and maintenance of your security systems – whether we have installed them or someone else has.
- Our support programmes are tailored to cover your system, environment and needs, and the level of our support will depend on the type and grade of your system. It may range from a single annual maintenance visit, to four visits per annum, depending on your system, and maintenance and servicing can work round your schedule to ensure minimal downtime – if needed at all.
- We provide a remote monitoring service for integrated technology systems and are alerted to any issues which can be repaired remotely – saving on call-out costs for engineers

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do I need a maintenance contract?
A maintenance contract ensures that your system is performing optimally, offering you peace of mind that your staff and property are kept safe, as well as being on good grounds with insurers and legal bodies, should the unexpected happen.
My system has just been installed, shouldn’t the warranty cover any system issues that may arise?
Yes, but because the warranty is with the manufacturer not the installing company, the process is often long and difficult. The manufacturer will firstly need to determine whether the cause of equipment failing falls within the warranty agreement, which can leave you weeks without a system, and without the guarantee that the party will accept fault.
Having a maintenance contract alongside a warranty agreement means that you’ll get an engineer call out straight away to repair the equipment, or offer a solution in the interim, to ensure that your premise isn’t left in a vulnerable position to security threats.
Will having a maintenance contract be cost efficient?
Yes. Our contracts will be tailored to your needs, so we will only offer a fit for purpose cost based on your requirements.
A maintenance contract is a long-term cost saving strategy, as unmaintained systems can be become costly to fix, in addition to engineer call outs.
